Refund policy

1. Cancellation Process

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Process

Goodwearr follows a No Refund Policy.

  • Refunds will only be processed in case of:
    • Order cancellation before dispatch
    • Product unavailability
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

🚫 We do NOT accept returns.

🔁 We offer 7-day exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact
  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Eligible for Exchange:

  • Size issue
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

Not Eligible:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Requests after 7 days

4. 3-Month Warranty

  • All products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Covered:

  • Stitching defects
  • Fabric issues
  • Print defects

Not Covered:

  • Misuse or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
